N.O.R.E. is back with a new album 21 years after Capone N Noreaga’s “The War Report” debuted in 1997. The new album is titled, “5E“, which holds a special meaning to him, as does the cover art, which is a picture of young N.O.R.E. with his late father.
5E is a solid body of work, complete with features from Hip-Hop royalty Fabolous, Wyclef Jean, Pharell, Fat Joe, The Dream and JadaKiss and new school artists Tory Lanes, Kent Jones and Sevyn Streeter.
Street bangers like “Big Chain” ft. Fabolous, “LA LA” ft. Wyclef Jean, JadaKiss and Phokus and “Let Me Be Great” ft. Yung Reallie demand your attention, while N.O.R.E. shows his versatility on tracks like “Uno Mas” ft. Pharell Williams and “Parade” ft. Kent Jones and Yung Reallie.
We congratulate N.O.R.E. for staying relevant in this game for over two decades and salute his ingenious capability to successfully reinvent himself.
N.O.R.E. drops “5E” on July 27, 2018 on fellow Queens native NAS’ label Mass Appeal Records. Go cop this future classic and don’t forget to catch episodes of his hilarious Drink Champs Podcast on REVOLT TV!
